Baxter When ~ Scheduled on a pop-up basis (roughly every 6-8 weeks, check booking calendar to see any upcoming sessions) Session structure; • Guided meditation to drop in • Music-led Reiki journey • Journalling and reflection circle As an overall experience, your journey might feel restorative, emotional, calming, freeing, profound. One journey to the next can contrast greatly too. Each Sacred Soul Journey has been intuitively created to elicit any emotional experiences that desire to be felt and moved through, shifting stagnancy in the body. Our bodies innately know how to heal, but often our environment isn’t conducive of promoting this organic process. Our world continues to become more westernised and less connected, resulting in more feelings, emotions, trauma and experiences going unprocessed (whether we are aware of it or not), and storing away deep in our aura & connective tissues. These journeys provide an opportunity to welcome to the surface what needs to be released, and support you in moving forwards in your life. You may or may not know what you’re shifting & moving through as it arises and releases from the body, and you don’t actually need to know. There’s no specific outcome for the healing you’ll receive ~ it will be dependent on what you need in the moment, and I trust that whatever each individual has the capacity for, will be so. I am so honoured to guide journeys of the soul in a safe, soft, sacred setting & witness the magic that unfolds each time. Numbers are capped at 5 as it’s essential for me to give enough time and energy to every woman who attends, and the energy exchange reflects this intimate size.
