Our bodies (both energetic and physical) know how to heal, we've just lost touch with this ability as our world continues to become more westernised and less connected. Things go unprocessed whether we are aware of it or not, and the unacknowledged emotions/trauma/experiences/feelings we have will store away deep in our connective tissues. These sessions provide an opportunity to welcome to the surface what needs to be released, and support you in moving forwards. You may or may not know what you're shifting & moving through as it arises and releases from the body, and both are completely normal! There's no specific outcome for the healing you'll receive ~ it will be dependent on what you need in that moment, and I trust that whatever each individual has the capacity for, will be so. Overall, the journey might feel restorative, emotional, calming, freeing, profound. And one journey to the next could contrast greatly too! I've felt a calling to support journeys of the soul in a safe, feminine, sacred setting, and I am so excited to explore this new offering and see where it takes us! Numbers are capped at 5 as it's essential for me to give enough time and energy to every woman who attends, and the energy exchange reflects this intimate size.
