This package includes a selection of yoga practices to support and guide you through your pregnancy and beyond; inviting movement & connection into your childbearing months, preparation & breath awareness for labour and birth, and conscious & gentle elements into your postpartum period. The package includes: ~ 8 short prenatal yoga practices ~ 2 short gentle sessions for 6+ weeks postpartum ~ 5 short yin practices for 12+ weeks postpartum Disclaimer: It is recommended to begin practicing in pregnancy once you reach your second trimester. While the prenatal practices have been created for pregnancy, please take precautions and consult your healthcare provider before deciding if something is right for you. Postpartum practices should not be performed in pregnancy. Address any medical conditions or health concerns you have; it is solely your responsibility to practice at your own discretion.
