Reiki energy allows you the opportunity to receive and soften, as divine life force flows through you. I weave in additional teachings and practices for working with the energy realm, to support the clearing and healing process. Each session will be its own unique experience, and there’s no right way for your healing journey to unfold.

Healing takes time to integrate into the body, so it's essential to have patience and be compassionate with yourself. It's completely up to you how many sessions you feel called to receive. My teacher puts it beautifully ~ "Trust that what a person can allow and afford is what will be".

Together, we will work to bring balance to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, tending to the Chakras, treating imbalance/dis-ease, accelerating healing and clearing blocks or unwanted energy.
