Baxter Expect ~ A safe space to arrive as you are, drop into a comfy cocoon, breathe and receive ✨ Community Energy Healing sessions are an accessible opportunity for women to gather with a collective intention for rest and healing. Every session will be organically led, with a core focus on gentle healing, regulating the nervous system, grounding into the body and releasing what no longer serves. There isn't really an expectation ~ just arrive as you would to a yoga class, get cosy in savasana, open your heart to receiving, and have a chance to share at the end if you wish.
